Terms of Payment

Enrollment Deposit

Candidates admitted in AGSIRD programs are asked to pay a €350 non-refundable deposit in order to confirm their enrollment in the program. In case of deferment, a second €350 is required to re-confirm the student's place for the semester of entry.

These deposits are never refunded. They are either deducted from the first semester's tuition or lost if no tuition is charged.

Billing

Bills based on pre-registration information are mailed to students each semester a few weeks before registration.

The amount is equal to the number of courses the student will enroll in that semester + registration fee and other fees if applicable. This billing can be amended on the day of registration or in the first weeks of class: see Withdrawal policy.

Full payment must be made before registration. A penalty of €100 per class will be applied for any payment received after registration.
